11:00 amBoat launches from The Harlem River Ecology Center and Hudson River North Marine Station. Easiest and fastest access, northbound from Brooklyn: Take MTA Metro-North Railroad to Morris Heights. The stop is right at Roberto Clemente State Park and the urban nature center's complex. Enter park by walking down steps or ramp, make a left along the water and walk south towards High Bridge and Rp Towers. Entrance of the center faces the water, beneath Bldg. 10.
