Does your home subway station have broken stairs or missing signs? Help us identify dangers and annoyances at stations in Western Queens by spending an afternoon with the Riders Alliance, helping us survey station conditions. It’s time to stop complaining and start documenting!

No expertise needed–just bring your eagle eye and be ready to meet some neighbors who also care about making transit better for Western Queens.

Meet us for a brief orientation of the day at Dunkin Donuts 2519 Queens Plaza North in Long Island City–located below the Queens Plaza North entrance to the Queensboro Plaza 7/N/Q station.
