The Department of Transportation is conducting a workshop on a  Public Plaza planned for Kips Bay.  We want your input to help design improvements to the 2nd Avenue Service Road between 30th and 33rd Streets, including a pedestrian plaza.  All residents are encouraged to attend and provide DOT with opinions and ideas.
