This is the monthly meeting of the Manhattan Community Board 3 Transportation & Public Safety / Environment Committee. On the agenda:

• Proposal to reverse the direction of 1-way car traffic on Forsyth Street between Division and Canal Sts. Also, create loading zone for specific hours for vendors. Create angled parking along northern lane of Canal between Forsyth & Eldridge Sts.
• Proposal for vendor market at Forysth Plaza
• Request for no parking for 2 spaces loading/unloading at 66 E. 1st St.
• Support for Community Board comment and review period for Public Pay Telephones
• Newsstand Application: NEC Stanton St & the Bowery
