Memorial Ride and Potluck Dinner for Christopher Doyle

Meet up time will be 5:30 PM. Ride will begin around 6:00 PM. Potluck Dinner begins at 9 PM.
Where
Preliminary route map: Ride will start at Metropolitan Av. & Gardner Av. and proceed to Brooklyn Bridge Park.
RSVP
This potluck will most likely be at a friend's home. Please RSVP via Facebook so we can secure a large enough location for this event.
  • Chris’s ghost bike will be put up.
  • Ride will be from the accident site to Brooklyn Bridge Park in Dumbo (a place Chris frequented with friends and family by bike).
  • Meet up time will be 5:30 PM. Ride will begin around 6:00 PM. At a slow bike pace, we should reach Brooklyn Bridge Park around sunset.
  • At this time anyone who’d like to share a memory or thought about Chris can and should.
  • If you do not want to ride your bike home from there, you are very close to the York Street F train stop.
  • If you do not want to ride your bike at all, please feel free to meet up at Brooklyn Bridge Park (Washington St. and Plymouth St. in Dumbo) around 7PM. I will send out subway directions this weekend.
  • Potluck to begin around 9 PM.
