The regular monthly meeting of Manhattan Community Board 7 will hear a resolution approved last month at the Transportation Committee related to retrofitting unused parking meter poles with bike racks between West 67th and 86th Streets on Amsterdam Avenue and 67th and 86th Streets on Columbus Avenue.
