		<description>I&#039;m from Jackson but live in Chicago now. This is really exciting to see. And you&#039;re absolutely right - if you can make it car-free there, you can anywhere. People I know there often cite the weather or distance as reasons they don&#039;t commute by bike, but so many Jacksonians ride long distances for pleasure (the Natchez trace is beautiful). For a lot of people there at least partially car-less is possible.</description>
