Please mark your calendars for our Visiting Scholar Seminar scheduled for Friday, November 13 at the William and Anita Newman Conference Center at Baruch College. Dr. Yael Parag, a senior researcher at the Environmental Change Institute (ECI) at Oxford University, will join us to discuss her current research on Personal Carbon Trading as a policy option for carbon emissions reduction from households and personal transport. Her focus is on the policy means that have the potential to deliver behavioural change that will result in carbon emissions reduction.
