		<description>This is a huge practical, but also symbolic victory for cyclists. It says that &quot;Bikes Belong&quot; even on expensive-fashionista Madison Avenue. 

This is very different from just 5-6 years ago when Liz Kreuger spent a ton of her member item money on themoplastic symbols of a bike with a circle &amp; slash (think Ghostbusters) on each intersection trying to convey the idea that bikes should be on the sidewalk.

Congrats again to TA&#039;s Eastside Committee and a big thanks to CB8.</description>
