		<description>I think there&#039;s going to be a lot of action right after the election on looking at new funding streams, potential service cuts, new experimentation, etc. We should be ready to be part of those discussions. 

The Time article on the move away from the car culture has a few key points that make people give up cars. Two that stand out: 
* Jobs near mass transit. 
* Walkable cities as a retirement home.</description>
