It was 32 years ago, but I have a good long term memory.  In driver&#039;s ed, I was told that the speed limits are permssive, and reflective of ideal conditions.  If the weather is bad or it is dark, you could be considered speeding at lower speeds.  And night vision declines much more rapidly than day vision as you age -- I&#039;ve experienced it, and drive slower at night.</description>
