		<description>It would be so easy to simply move the bike lane on CPW so that it lies between the parked cars and the sidewalk. There would be relatively few car / bike encounters to deal with in regards to turning bays given the few car access points. 

I think this AND the Amsterdam / Columbus bike lanes would be a huge step forward for NY biking.</description>
