Implication: Given a premeditated "accident" where you "lose control" of your car at or below the speed limit, while sober, and remain at the scene... you'd escape scot free. I don't happen to personally know anyone who is only alive because it's illegal to kill them, but there may well be a loophole here in the anti-murder laws. It's possible someone's already taken advantage of them. Do we know of any traffic crimes where the deceased has been known to the driver? Exactly how many children need to be killed? How suspended does a license need to be? When does an accident, a word that is tragically overused, become criminal? It's sad that something like the death of a child at the hands of a driver that never should have been on the road, is simply labeled an accident and forgotten about. Rinse, repeat.
