		<description>It&#039;s a shame this wasn&#039;t publicized better.  It&#039;s actually part of my job to monitor media outlets for regional bike and pedestrian issues and I just found out about this only this week.  

I really would have wanted to be there but I already made other (bicycle related) plans.</description>
