Drivers can be <i>so</i> hard to see at night when stepping out of their parked cars into bicycle lanes. I fear I may crash into one of these non-luminescent beings (oops!), therefore, I'm righteously compelled to call for legislated dress for this extreme sport of car-exiting so I that don't have to scan the street more carefully.
