Congressman Nadler speaks on The View From Washington - Transportation and what the reauthorization of SAFETEA-LU, the Federal Transportation Bill, means for New Yorkers.
Congressman Nadler has represented most of Manhattan's West Side and parts of Brooklyn in Washington since 1992. As the highest ranking member from New York on the House Transportation Committee, he has helped bring the City many millions of dollars in Federal stimulus funding for infrastructure projects as well as for other vital initiatives. Rep. Nadler has fought for greater investment in both passenger and freight rail systems and is a strong supporter of the Cross Harbor Freight Tunnel.
