		<description>This really seems like a non issue. I dont see a sinlge pedestrian in the picture, so clearly the temporary smaller sidewalk is enough.

I take offense when a construction project leaves the vehicle lanes intact but closes the sidewalk and sayys &quot;pedestrians cross street&quot;. This however, isnt a big deal.</description>
