A+ to all the students and to Livable Streets Education for their thoughtful approach.
Advocates for livable streets often come up against 'old dogs' resistant to learning the new tricks necessary to build better communities. Teaching concepts like carbon-footprint to the next generation not only increases their awareness of important issues, it also creates a wellspring of political capital and demand for livable streets in the future.
