Thank god we have people like Adriano Espaillat looking out for us. Today a friend of mine asked me sarcastically how these clowns keep getting elected. I answered by asking him if he could name his state reps. He couldn't name either one even though he conceded that he probably voted for them more than once. He isn't going to make that mistake again. If this buffoon hasn't noticed that a train that serviced his district has been gone for over four years, is he really going to care or notice about anything else transit-related?
