		<description>I love how NY political hacks can spout faux populist nonsense about protecting the public purse from the evils of MTA bookkeeping and at the same time actively oppose any type of spending or tolls that would benefit their most needy constituents.  Thank god we have people like Adriano Espaillat looking out for us.  

Today a friend of mine asked me sarcastically how these clowns keep getting elected.  I answered by asking him if he could name his state reps.  He couldn&#039;t name either one even though he conceded that he probably voted for them more than once.  He isn&#039;t going to make that mistake again.</description>
