		<description>Seeking $50 million?  That&#039;s one-eighth of a NYCT signal project along just one line these days, given what signal contractors charge.  Nada.

Fortunately, NYCT&#039;s signals are designed for fail safe.  Which means that rather than collisions, we should just get service suspensions.  Over and over again, with rapidly increasing frequency.

Looking forward to the bike ride home.</description>
