It sounds to me like &quot;the communitiy&quot; consists solely of drivers and business proprietors that serve the carriage trade. I don&#039;t think they give a fig about pedestrians. Then again, I think the city&#039;s proposal for the area stinks, too--and for the same reason.</description>
