I noticed that comments are more about Portland than Denver and NYC on PBS webpage - that's a shame. I think one of the most important, and least discussed issues is the state land use/growth management roles shown in the film contrasting OR, with its UGB, and CO, with their 'local land use rules' approach. Gov. Lam was simply not able to take the state in an 'OR' direction.
