		<description>I agree, super-well done.
I noticed that comments are more about Portland than Denver and NYC on PBS webpage - that&#039;s a shame.  I think one of the most important, and least discussed issues is the state land use/growth management roles shown in the film contrasting OR, with its UGB, and CO, with their &#039;local land use rules&#039; approach.  Gov. Lam was simply not able to take the state in an &#039;OR&#039; direction.
