Even with proposed expansion the fleet will be dwarfed even by trial/demonstration fleets, even here in North America, such as the one Bixi in  Montreal, with 3,000 bikes and 300 pay stations at launch.</description>

The population more than doubles on weekdays, let alone when there is an event, convention, demonstration, etc.</description>
