		<description>I can&#039;t understand what the complaints are about. This Administration has hired a brilliant set of department secretaries to change and administer policy in ways that are favorable to cities (because that&#039;s what makes the most sense for the nation).  Urban policy will be embedded deep into the departments, not in some stand alone office.  In addition, Adolfo Carrion and Derek Douglas and their colleagues are in place and at work to make sure the Administration gets it right, nothing falls through the cracks, and that they are listening carefully to urban leaders.  You have to be pretty impatient and pessimistic to complain about this crowd.</description>
