		<description>Why in the world would they build the park down the middle of the street and not on one side? If they build the park on one side, all the traffic noise and danger will only lie to one side of the park--the park will be quieter, safer, and more pleasant; and it will also provide lots of space for storefronts to spill out onto the street (think sidewalk cafes.)</description>
