This intersection has had regular collisions for decades and recently two fire engines collided. Fortunately nobody ever gets killed but there's always a first time for everything, it's a only a matter of time. I mean how "rapid" is the bus going to be if there are cars in the bus lanes. People only obey traffic laws if they are enforced. If you don't enforce a traffic law it's like it's not even there.
