		<description>We need this on the traffic light of the corner of 7th Ave. and West 10th Street here in Greenwich Village where I live.  This intersection has had regular collisions for decades and recently two fire engines collided. Fortunately nobody ever gets killed but there&#039;s always a first time for everything, it&#039;s a only a matter of time.</description>

People only obey traffic laws if they are enforced. If you don&#039;t enforce a traffic law it&#039;s like it&#039;s not even there. This is why we need the cameras on the buses. 

I wonder of out letters and emails had any impact on Gantt? I hope so!</description>
