		<description>Unfortunately the prospect of federal funding for high speed rail is currently endangering Atlanta&#039;s Beltline light rail project, a project that has the potential to be a huge game-changer for intown Atlanta.  Amtrak and GDOT, seemingly out of the blue, are trying to lay claim to a portion of the projected Beltline rail line.  Because they might want to run high speed rail line through there some day to a train station that doesn&#039;t currently exist.  They&#039;re in the midst of a 30 day cooling off period right now.
