		<description>Something I&#039;m frustrated by is that the big transit advocacy groups seem to burying the heads in the sand, or at least trying to bury their members&#039; and constituents&#039; heads in the sand about what&#039;s going on.

APTA is a multi-million dollar organization.  APTA, CTAA, NARP and others need to get smarter and more aggressive about lobbying.  How can we all help?
