It is never too late. Good work but plenty of things to do. I dream of NYC being the “electric city”: just pedestrians, bikes and electric vehicles.

the Paris model begs investigation.
one rents a bike at a station, peddles off to another part of town and checks the bike in at that point.
sounds like a plan.

Good Work! It would help to have a caption under the Before and After photos of Madison Square. I ended up counting traffic lanes to determine if space had been increased for the pedestrian area. Now add some greenery to absorb noise and traffic fumes.
