		<description>Great news on the cycle track.  If it is true that pedestrian fatalities from collisions with bicyclies is 4-6 over the last 10 years, then that&#039;s indicates a very significant drop in the rate of those incidents over the last few years.   The rate was an average of 1.1 annual pedestrian fatalities in bicyclist crashes for the ten years ending in 2005.</description>
