Manhattan Community Board 4 is voting on the proposal by the New York City Department of Transportation to create a partially protected bicycle lane on Eighth Avenue from West 14th Street to West 23rd Street. We want to call as many residents in this district as we can to spread word about this meeting and encourage people to attend in support of the new lane.
