		<description>Those calling for station renovations and free buses don&#039;t read the financial press much.

The question is, how do you allocate whatever is left after debt service, pensions, retriee health care, Medicaid services for senior citizens, and all those extra school district employees in the rest of the state.  Those are the things that matter, along with the staff of and pork handed out by legislators and council members.  Nothing else does.</description>
