It's surely not enough to redeem the bad urban design and anti-pedestrian mindset inherent in "drive-through" anything. Much better, move the bank storefront to the sidewalk to create a pedestrian friendly experience, move the curb cut to the side street and the parking to the back, shrink the parking, get rid of the drive through.
