Harris Silver runs a pretend pedestrian advocacy &quot;organization.&quot; If it weren&#039;t for the fact that his one-man &quot;organization&quot; comes up when you do a Google search for something like &quot;NYC pedestrian safety&quot; then Harris Silver basically wouldn&#039;t exist.</description>
