		<description>JP, I hope you&#039;re right.  I live right by there and it&#039;s scary.  Just this weekend I saw a proverbial &quot;little old lady,&quot; all dressed up for church, crossing the intersection, and actually felt compelled to slow down to her pace and walk between her and the traffic, because she seemed so vulnerable.</description>
