		<description>Exactly, Josh. That&#039;s why they&#039;re pushing for an EIS. It&#039;s absurd that more bikes would be bad for the environment. The tactic has stalled bike improvements in San Fran for years so far.

If they succeed with the EIS idea, then the Livable Streets movement should demand an EIS every time any improvements are made that could create more car traffic.</description>

The idea of lowering and enforcing the speed limit sounds great but I don&#039;t really see any reason to expect actual enforcement.</description>
