Come on board for this historic and exciting ecocruise along NY Harbor Estuary's most scenic waterway. Discover and Explore its magnificence and spectacular archictectural and engineering wonders such as the High Bridge Aqueduct and the High Bridge Water tower, the Spuyten Duyvil marshes and mud flats ... and much more. The Harlem River is a water passage for the NY State's living dinosaur -- the anadromous Atlantic Sturgeon, who swims from the Atlantic Ocean to spawn in the fresh waters of the upper Hudson River.

[Note: Friends of Brook Park will be paddling the ENTIRE Harlem River in canoes and kayaks. Learn how the South, South Bronx can better access the Harlem River, see Yankee Stadium, pass the Macomb's Dam Bridge with its fruit orchard and more as we head north up the entire river. If you have your own vessel and want to join us for the entire river paddle, email information @ friendsofbrookpark . org ]
