		<description>As for the business article, it isn&#039;t unexpected.  Furniture stores are about the only ones to complain, because you can&#039;t carry that stuff away easily.

That&#039;s why I think Broadway would be better, at least down to Madison Square -- there are furniture stores from 23rd to 14th.  Perhaps it could to down 5th Avenue to 8th Street, over to Broadway, and the rest of the way down.</description>
