Furniture stores are about the only ones to complain, because you can't carry that stuff away easily. That's why I think Broadway would be better, at least down to Madison Square -- there are furniture stores from 23rd to 14th. Perhaps it could to down 5th Avenue to 8th Street, over to Broadway, and the rest of the way down. As for the business article, it isn’t unexpected.
