		<description>Sorry- that comment went off half-cocked.  One of the interesting things about Ciclovía was the massive number of young people employed in running it--something made possible only by the much lower wages of Colombia (I wouldn&#039;t be surprised if those were political patronage positions in some way).  In NYC we&#039;ll need less people to run such an event and NYC will be able to afford much fewer people to organize it than Bogotá, but hopefully volunteer labor will be able to make up the difference.</description>
