I just recently got back from Europe.  It&#039;s plain to see why Germany doesn&#039;t have congested cities.  They have trolley cars and buses that run into the city from the far smaller towns.  Nurnburg, Berlin, Fulda, Lauterbach and other cities had this situation. 

Thus, you park your car, jump on a trolley for a Euro, and then go into the city.  Congestion is at a minimum in these cities.</description>
