For the most part, only Portland&#039;s downtown (and some parts of NW Portland) are what people from the east coast might recognize as &quot;urban&quot;.  Most of the city, including North Portland where Sunday Parkways was held, looks like the neighborhood in this film.  Properties tend to range from .05 to .11 acres and have single family dwellings and some yard space.

Luxurious, I know, though as the city grows in population and acreage, more multi-unit dwellings are popping up in Portland proper.

Thanks for the film, Clarence.  I&#039;m happy Dan used his magic wand to bring you to Portland.</description>
