		<description>Downtown has never been treated so well by Shelly.  He should have to face a primary every year.  

I&#039;m guessing this lip service he is now paying is going to go away right after his election lawyers succeed in getting his opponents tossed out or after the primary date, whichever comes first.  Nice to be the king of pork.</description>
