The NYC Department of City Planning will give a presentation to Community Board 4 land use committee on various options for the proposed rezoning of Eleventh Avenue from 43rd to 55th Streets.

Let's make sure the proposed plan adresses our community's goals:

  • Will it be a residential neighborhood for families?
  • Should there be more parking or more affordable housing?
  • Clean Air? Will the charter buses be removed?
  • What Public services? Public Transportation? Schools?
  • How to protect families against clubs and honking?
