Assemblyman Micah Kellner (D-65th District) was a supporter of congestion pricing and has said that the Assembly should have held an on-the-record vote on the issue. In the wake of the defeat of the Mayor's congestion pricing plan, Assemblyman Kellner will be hosting a forum entitled "Traffic Congestion and the Future of Mass Transit: What's Next?"

Panelists will include:

  • Hope Cohen, Manhattan Institute
  • Theodore Kheel, Institute for Rational Urban Mobility
  • Gene Russianoff, NYPIRG Straphangers Campaign
  • Jeffrey M. Zupan, Regional Plan Association (invited)
  • A (yet-to-be-determined) representative of the MTA
