Assemblyman Micah Kellner (D-65th District) was a supporter of congestion pricing and has said that the Assembly should have held an on-the-record vote on the issue. Panelists will include:
- Hope Cohen, Manhattan Institute
- Theodore Kheel, Institute for Rational Urban Mobility
- Gene Russianoff, NYPIRG Straphangers Campaign
- Jeffrey M. Zupan, Regional Plan Association (invited)
- A (yet-to-be-determined) representative of the MTA
