		<description>The bus enforcement camera debate is an interesting test of idea that having taken the heat for voting down Plan A, legislators will feel compelled to vote for Plan B.

Imagine if the State Assembly refused to vote (or would it be the State Senate this time)?

And, Deborah Glick, none of the revenues for those additional fines would go to the MTA, which is overseen by your state government.  So we&#039;ll continue to demand that you come up with money, from someone other than us, to pay for that.</description>
