The MTA is committed to a continuing dialogue with our customers. To advance this discussion, we will be holding four "webinars", or online seminars, this year. We are pleased to announce that the first webinar will be include a discussion and question-and-answer session on the MTA's proposed Capital Program. MTA Executive Director and CEO Elliot G. Sander and senior staff will participate.
Today's failure will make this an interesting seminar. I suggest everyone who attends pin Sander down on when the subway fare will have to increase to support these projects, and if not, which projects will have to be cut.
