That said, it&#039;s clear that Queens is far from united on this issue.  I and many others in the borough feel that congestion pricing would be a good thing, even for the people out in Bayside.  I&#039;m disappointed that the Congress presumes to speak for the whole borough on this issue.  How could anyone take these Unispheres seriously, knowing that they&#039;re awarded in such a capricious way?  Thums down for that.</description>
