That said, it's clear that Queens is far from united on this issue. I and many others in the borough feel that congestion pricing would be a good thing, even for the people out in Bayside. I'm disappointed that the Congress presumes to speak for the whole borough on this issue. How could anyone take these Unispheres seriously, knowing that they're awarded in such a capricious way? Thums down for that. I never liked that B anyway.
