Perhaps, but more trains run from Brooklyn to Manhattan in the morning rush and from Manhattan to Brooklyn in the evening rush than in the other direction, last I saw.  So there is room to add a few trains in the other direction if they could find a place to keep some older ones as the new ones arrive.</description>
