I have said it beofre and feel I need to say ot again:

BRODSKY IS EVIL AND A CITY-HATER

He only cares about his wealthy constituents who pay nothing to the city to work here or drive here.

Why don’t we see more about his questionable ties to the city parking garage owners? Why don’t we see a CP advocate publicly spank him for his city-hating views?

note the bit on the last page:
“ISSUES STILL TO BE RESOLVED” “earned income tax credit”

while Brodsky’s charges of “regressive” have never held water (what’s regressive about charging the wealthiest commuters and using the money to improve transit, the mode of the masses?) this ostensible hand-out to “low income motorists” (an oxymoron, what with parking being so expensive) will make his bs even more porous.
