I agree that 120 bikes at 10 stations is not quite Vélib; I hope we can get to that point one day. DC has quite the hardcore city biking scene already, but I&#039;m hoping that this program gets people who don&#039;t already bike into the habit.  More bikers mean less cars on the road, and less riders on our overcrowded Metro.</description>
